kdbd Terms & Conditions

1.1 — Definitions

"Platform" refers to the kdbd website, mobile site, and all services operated under it. "Member" refers to any person who has completed registration and is operating an account. "Bonus Funds" refers to the amount that kdbd credits to a member's account for promotional purposes.

1.2 — Language & Interpretation

The original version of these Terms is written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2.1 — Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age to participate at kdbd. If an account belonging to a minor is found, it will be closed immediately and deposited funds will not be returned.

2.2 — Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same person, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If violated, all accounts will be cancelled.

2.3 — Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you must provide your real name, valid contact information, and accurate payment details. Providing false information will result in account suspension.

• Full name must match your national ID card or passport
• An active mobile number is required
• Payment accounts (bKash, Nagad, etc.) must be registered in your own name

3.1 — Deposit Terms

All deposits should be credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, contact the support team. Deposited funds from third-party payment accounts are not accepted.

3.2 — Withdrawal Terms

Before processing a withdrawal request, kdbd verifies the following:

• Whether identity verification has been completed
• Whether applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met
• Whether there is any active investigation or block on the account

Withdrawal funds will only be sent to a payment account registered in your own name.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳10,000 or more gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, making the total ৳15,000.

4.2 — Wagering Requirements

After receiving the welcome bonus, a 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus.

4.3 — Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

A bonus may be cancelled in the following cases:

• Claiming a bonus from multiple accounts
• Failing to meet the wagering requirement within the set time limit
• Using a betting method that violates the bonus terms
• Creating an account with false information

4.4 — Other Promotional Offers

kdbd provides various offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are stated on the relevant promotion page. Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated.

5.2 — Cashback Terms

The cashback amount will be treated as bonus funds and wagering requirements will apply to it. To receive cashback, a specified amount must be wagered in the previous week, which is determined according to VIP tier.

6.1 — Fraudulent Activities

• Manipulating bonuses or misusing promotional benefits
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to place bets
• Attempting to hack other members' accounts
• Operating multiple accounts under false identities

6.2 — Money Laundering & Illegal Transactions

kdbd complies with applicable financial regulations in Bangladesh. kdbd has the right to investigate any suspicious transactions. Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering is strictly prohibited.

6.3 — Platform Misuse

• Harassing other members or displaying offensive behavior
• Uploading or transmitting viruses or harmful code
• Using kdbd's intellectual property without permission
• Any attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the platform

7.1 — Suspension by kdbd

kdbd may suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Failure to complete account verification
• Security threats or the need for an investigation

7.2 — Closure by Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Contact the support team to make a request. All pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed; however, bonus funds will not be returned if wagering requirements have not been met.

8.1 — Collection of Personal Information

• Processing financial transactions
• Providing customer support

• Complying with applicable legal obligations

8.3 — Sharing Information with Third Parties

9.1 — Service Continuity

kdbd strives to ensure uninterrupted service as much as possible. However, the service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical issues, maintenance, or other reasons. kdbd will not be held responsible for such interruptions.

9.2 — Connectivity Issues

kdbd is not responsible for any loss in games or bets caused by internet disconnection or device problems. In the event of any complaint, the support team will do its best to provide assistance.

9.3 — Third-Party Content

kdbd offers content from various game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, and PG Soft. kdbd is not directly responsible for the outcomes of those games, technical issues, or algorithmic matters; however, kdbd always strives to ensure fair play.

10.1 — Complaints Process

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. When submitting a complaint, provide your account details, the relevant transaction information, and a detailed description of the issue.

10.2 — Resolution Timeframe

After receiving a complaint, kdbd will investigate as quickly as possible. Complex matters may take longer to investigate, but members will be kept informed at every stage. kdbd's decision will be considered final.

10.3 — Applicable Law

These terms and conditions will be governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation wherever possible.

11.1 — Right to Amend

kdbd reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or site notification in advance.

11.2 — Continued Use After Changes

If you continue to use kdbd after the terms and conditions have been changed, it will be assumed that you have accepted the new terms. If you do not wish to accept the new terms, please request that your account be closed.

11.3 — Severability

If any clause of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in full effect. The invalid clause will be amended to be consistent with applicable law.
